Shorts for Training, Walking and Doing Nothing

Three jobs, three different fabrics. Our shorts run from BioFlex™ training styles with real pockets, through GoFlex for warm-weather movement, to Merino-blend lounge shorts for the days that don’t require leaving the house.

Training & Movement

  • Women’s BioFlex™ High Rise Short 6″ — the longer inseam, seamless and smooth.
  • Women’s BioFlex™ High Rise Short with Pockets 5″ — shorter, with pockets that actually hold a phone.
  • Women’s GoFlex Shorts and Men’s GoFlex Shorts — for training and hot-weather walking.

At Home

  • Unisex BreezeBlend™ Lounge Shorts — Australian Merino and eucalyptus fibre, breathable enough to sleep in.
  • Merino-Blend Unisex Lounge Shorts — also in packs of 2 and 3, for the pairs you wear on repeat.

Why Inseam Length Changes More Than Looks

Inseam decides where the hem sits relative to your thigh at full stride, which is really a question of friction. A short inseam rides up and lets skin meet skin, which is the usual cause of chafing on a long walk or run; a longer one keeps fabric between the two surfaces. That’s why a 6″ short is often more comfortable for distance than a 5″, even though the 5″ feels freer standing still. Seamless construction helps for the same reason: no raised seam ridge to concentrate the rubbing.
